O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar os impactos de projetos de inovação em empresas no ambiente simulado de um Jogo de Empresas. Nosso referencial teórico foi baseado nas teorias de Inovação e Jogos de Empresas. O método utilizado foi a pesquisa ação e o estudo de caso com coleta de dados primários através de entrevistas com os participantes, relatórios fornecidos a cada trimestre, dados obtidos das empresas participantes e os formulários de tomada de decisões. ÂDownloads
