Medidas para Amenizar Oscilações da Taxa Interna de Retorno: um estudo de caso em empresa simulada

O presente trabalho versa sobre a aplicação de medidas financeiras e operacionais em uma empresa simulada a fim de amenizar as oscilações da Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) que, no ambiente de Jogos de Empresas, apresenta-se como um método de avaliação das empresas. Dessa forma, o problema de pesquisa consiste em responder se essas medidas – financeiras e operacionais – de fato atenuam as oscilações da TIR na prática. Portanto, tem-se o objetivo de utilizar essas medidas dentro do ambiente simulado e verificar se a aplicação das mesmas gera impactos significativos para a organização. Pode-se verificar que de fato as medidas financeiras e operacionais utilizadas impactam na TIR, amenizando a variação da taxa e, quando bem a aplicadas, garantem um bom resultado para a empresa.
