Abstract

O ambiente empresarial é permeado por incertezas e em demaziado volatilidade, tornando as atividades relativas à tomada de decisão sempre desafiadora para os administradores. No atual contexto é premissa fundamental a avaliação contínua dos ativos aplicados nas organizações, sejam elas de qualquer segmento ou porte. Este artigo tem por objetivo avaliar o desempenho dos ativos de empresas em um ambiente fictício, ou seja, em uma dinâmica de jogos empresariais por meio da utilização dos indicadores RAOL, ROE e EVA, demonstrando, por meio destes indicadores o retorno obtido pelas indústrias envolvidas no jogo.

Revista LAGOS, in accordance with Law No. 9,610, of February 19, 1998, which alters, updates and consolidates the legislation on copyright and takes other measures, adopts the following conditions of the Assignment of Copyright:

The Journal of the Simulated Organizational Management Laboratory (LAGOS) maintains, with the assignment of copyrights, the possession of the rights over the contents published by it;
