Based on the experience in the business game promoted by the GregoMix (SGM) simulation environment, the importance of controllership in business decision processes and the use of performance indicators in an effective management was noted. Therefore, this report aimed to demonstrate the importance of a BI (Business Integlligence) tool in the business decision-making process. The study is about experiences in the Simulated Management Laboratory. The results with the use of the Power BI desktop indicate that the free tool that offers the user a developer experience without the need for technical knowledge can assist students in this experiential activity.
