Abstract

The experience of acting as an Industry, provided by the Business Game, proposed by the discipline Laboratory of Simulated Organizational Management, allows the development of a wide interdisciplinary knowledge, which leads the participant to face situations that challenge him to seek solutions. This work is the result of the uneasiness, caused by the discipline, which promoted in the participants the need to search for an alternative that would allow to visualize with greater clarity all the results generated by the decisions used in the Business Game, so that it was possible to direct the search for more accuracy. necessary knowledge for the development of a fictitious Industry in an organizational simulation. Thus, we present the creation of an artifact, elaborated with Microsoft Excel®, called “Decision Support System” (SATD), which aims to allow an early visualization of the financial performance that an industry will obtain within the environment simulated, considering all the possible variables established by the Company Game, combined with the decisions made by the users, seeking, thus, to achieve results as close as possible to those generated by the Greek Mix simulator.
