Analysis of the impact of investing in a subsidiary on performance in the business game

Used by all sectors of the company, financial management has tools that enable analysis for better decision-making, which also occurs in the Business Game. With the investment in a new industry and the verticalization of production, the present work aims to analyze the impact of investing in a subsidiary on the performance of the game. For that, data were collected from the game simulator's reports, tabulated, transformed into financial indices and later analyzed. It was possible to conclude that the investment in a new industry positively impacted the company's financial result, requiring a more in-depth analysis of the following years for a better research result.
