Failure to communicate with wholesalers and lack of sales

In a completely competitive and uncertain business environment, monitoring the market and establishing good communication with customers is necessary to obtain a good financial/economic return on the company. This article presents how the problems in external communication affected the dialogue with the target audience of the negotiations, which compromised the company`s revenue in quarter 3 and affected its image and, consequently, its results. Through specialized consultancy and analysis of the results during the rounds, it was possible to detect the errors found and submit to the company Amazontech a bidirectional planning and strategy process. Even with this failure, it was concluded that there were improvements in the company`s performance since the fourth quarter, which means that the company has been striving to increase its sales. To answer this problem, exploratory research was used through reports, sector overviews and qualitative analysis of the results.
