Social investment as a reflection on employee motivation and productivity in business game

This study aims to understand how social investments - especially salary raise and commission - can reflect on wholesalers' motivation and revenue increase. In this study, a period of 2 years from a Simulated Management Laboratory firm was considered an option to obtain data to evaluate how this year's results have been modified according to the invested incentives by the directors and applied bibliographic and experimental methods to ensure the strategies used during the company period and its achieved results.
