Abstract

This report aims to demonstrate the variation in the productive capacity of the NSC SA industry in the business game used in the Simulated Management Laboratory. To carry out this study, data reported during eight quarters of the company's operation were used to analyze and demonstrate the results obtained. Therefore, in addition to the data, events related to production and the importance of social investments for motivating employees and increasing the Productivity Index will be portrayed.

Iasmim Ribeiro de Abreu e Costa, Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF)

Bacharelanda em Administração pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). É focada em Gestão Empresarial, Finanças e Empreendedorismo e Inovação. Estudou no Colégio Drummond - Sistema Anglo e na University of Missouri High School, Estados Unidos, possuindo duplo diploma de Ensino Médio. Fez parte do National Honor Society, uma organização norte-americana dedicada a reconhecer estudantes que se destacam em assuntos escolares. Participou do Rotary Club (Organização Internacional de trabalhos voluntários) como Diretora de Finanças e Desenvolvedora de Quadro Associativo. Atualmente é Coordenadora do Administrativo e Financeiro da Empresa Júnior UFFTECH, que presta serviços de consultoria e TI.
