Abstract

The editorial reflects on how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming various sectors, including business education. AI can replicate human skills, opening up new possibilities for management learning. However, developing soft skills is still a significant challenge that technology has not replaced. The digital revolution imposes new demands on professionals and academia, who must adapt their educational methods to incorporate AI effectively and ethically. Integrating AI into management education represents a unique opportunity to transform experiential learning. However, addressing the limitations and ethical considerations associated with using AI is essential. Human oversight is still necessary to effectively interpret, contextualize, and apply AI-generated information.
