Abstract

This study investigates the business games market in Brazil, focusing on the competitive analysis of the leading companies operating in this segment. The research adopts a qualitative and documentary approach, examining secondary sources such as company websites, industry reports, and academic literature to develop an overview of the strategies employed by these organizations. Strategic analysis frameworks, including Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT Analysis, are applied to assess the competitiveness and market positioning of the companies under study. The findings indicate that organizations that combine technological innovation with differentiated market strategies achieve greater success in the business simulation industry. Furthermore, product flexibility, portfolio diversity, and a strong digital presence are identified as key factors in building a strong brand and attracting customers. The study also highlights limitations associated with reliance on secondary data and suggests that future research should incorporate primary research methods and explore the impact of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, on the development of the sector.
