Desenvolvimento de um Procedimento de Avaliação de um Programa Vivencial

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo visa propor um procedimento sistematizado de avaliação de um programa vivencial de gestão de projetos, no qual elaborado por um modelo teórico constituinte das premissas em habilidades e atitudes de gerenciamento de projetos, a fim de propor um modelo para o estudo funcional para aplicação em um curso de graduação em administração de uma IFES. Para sistematizar o modelo, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa por meio de revisão da literatura, a fim de prover um meio de avaliação de procedimento em instituições de ensino que incorporam a aprendizagem vivencial ao método tradicional de ensino às disciplinas de gerenciamento de projetos, sugerindo assim o modelo teórico que especifique relações entre as variáveis da teoria com a prática para o desenvolvimento do estudante e seus efeitos no ambiente educacional, colaborando com o desenvolvimento do estudante e incorporação de conhecimento, práticas e atitudes do gestor de projetos. Como forma de avaliação de procedimento em instituições de ensino indicou-se um modelo teórico questões que especifique relações entre as variáveis da teoria com a prática para o desenvolvimento do estudante e seus efeitos no ambiente educacional.

Mestre em Administração pela Universidade Federal Fluminense, graduada em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Federal Fluminense. Funcionária da Empresa Pública de Processamento Eletrônico de Dados de Volta Redonda como Analista Contábil. Professora Contratada FAETEC, Professor Assistente da UniFAA Centro Universitário. Tutora presencial da Fundação Centro de Ciências e Educação Superior à Distância do Estado do RJ o CEDERJ pela UFRJ.
