With the experience in the Simulation GregoMix (SGM) environment of the simulated management laboratory II subject as an industry, analyzing and comparing the results with the competitors, it was possible to perceive that the prices and results could have been better. Consequently, riskier decisions may have been made, which would be guaranteed by the higher profit margin. It was realized that it was necessary to have a well structured pricing, so that this structuring would guarantee information about costs and production, thus giving greater certainty about our indexes, which would serve as support for decisions. Thus, a pricing structure was elaborated using a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet, in which there is information that helps in the decision of prices based on Mark-Up. The development of the spreadsheet together with the structuring of a Dashboard promoted a method to help members participating in the games of companies in the industries to understand all their costs and expenses involved in the production process of each product.
