Aplicação de um Programa Vivencial em Gerenciamento de Projetos sob a Ótica da Aprendizagem Significativa

The paper presents the application of the Experiential Program in Project Management - PVGP in the discipline of Project Management in a Post-Graduation, type MBA, in a Federal Institution of Higher Education. The two motor vehicle project should be carried out with each round being one of the phases of the life cycle. Experiential learning, based on the Kolb cycle, made use of the Sauaia Management Laboratory concept (2013). The program's impressions were collected through an in-depth interview with the students, and through the author's participant observation. In the end, a strategy was developed based on Ausubel's Meaningful Learning to improve his effectiveness.
