Power of business alliances in the business game

The use of corporate games in executive education serves as a practical test of the business world in a controlled environment. Despite being inserted in this environment, companies face different situations that simulate reality in a precise way. This technical report is based on the fictional wholesale company inserted in this game of companies in 2020, called Atlas. All reported experiences and learning are based on the managers' experience up to the given moment. The main objective of this case is to report to stakeholders on how the strategy of forming alliances or even the lack thereof can affect the performance of the organization and also the ways of approaching suppliers to create and develop lasting corporate alliances.
